These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReceptionGO platform and related services.
By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, or otherwise using ReceptionGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms:
"ReceptionGO", "Service", or "Platform" means the cloud-based hospitality management platform operated by Active line d.o.o.
"Company", "we", "our", or "us" means:

Customer means any legal entity or sole proprietor subscribing to the ReceptionGO Service, including hotels, hostels, guesthouses, apartment providers, campsites, or other accommodation providers.
Guest means a person registering or checking in through ReceptionGO on behalf of a Customer.
Account means the Customer's registered ReceptionGO account.
Subscription means the paid access to the Service under the selected pricing plan.
ReceptionGO is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist accommodation providers with digital guest registration and hospitality management.
Depending on the Customer's configuration, the Service may include:
ReceptionGO may introduce, modify, improve or discontinue features from time to time.
The Service is intended for business use.
By registering an Account, the Customer represents and warrants that:
The Customer is responsible for all activities performed under its Account.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
The Customer shall immediately notify ReceptionGO of any unauthorized use of its Account.
ReceptionGO is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by inadequate password protection or Customer negligence.
ReceptionGO is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscription fees are charged according to the selected pricing plan.
Payments may be made through:
Subscription fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Customer agrees not to:
ReceptionGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
ReceptionGO, including all software, source code, designs, trademarks, documentation, interfaces, databases, logos and content, remains the exclusive property of Active line d.o.o.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.
ReceptionGO integrates with third-party providers, which may include:
ReceptionGO is not responsible for interruptions, errors, delays, pricing changes, or service availability of third-party providers.
The Customer acknowledges that continued functionality of certain features depends upon those external services.
ReceptionGO is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
While we strive to maintain reliable operation of the Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Whenever reasonably possible, scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Active line d.o.o. shall not be liable for:
The total liability of Active line d.o.o. arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the Customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
ReceptionGO may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
The Customer may terminate the subscription at any time.
Termination does not affect payment obligations already incurred.
Processing of personal data is governed separately by the ReceptionGO Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when using the Service.
ReceptionGO may improve, update, modify or discontinue features at its discretion.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.
Where mandatory provisions of European Union law apply, such provisions shall remain unaffected.
