What does the ReceptionGO integration with Beds24 do?
Beds24 stays your channel manager and PMS — rates, availability and reservations. ReceptionGO takes over everything around the arrival: it pulls each reservation in real time, sends the guest a check-in link, verifies passports and ID cards, files the mandatory guest report, collects the outstanding balance and city tax, issues the smart-lock door code and answers guest messages. Guest details, check-in status, payments and charges are written back onto the Beds24 booking.
Do bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia work too?
Yes. Anything Beds24 receives reaches ReceptionGO — Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, your direct website and manual bookings alike. There is nothing to connect per channel: the Beds24 link covers all of them.
Which rooms does ReceptionGO get access to?
Only the ones you enable. During the connect step you tick each room you want to share, and you can change that later in Beds24. Rooms you leave disabled stay invisible to ReceptionGO.
How long does the setup take?
About a minute for the connection itself — it happens on the Beds24 apps page, with no API keys to copy and no developer involved. After that you configure your house rules, city tax and door locks in ReceptionGO; most properties are handling live arrivals the same day.
Does ReceptionGO change my rates or availability in Beds24?
No. Pricing, availability and channel distribution stay entirely in Beds24. ReceptionGO only writes what it produces itself: registered guest details, check-in status, payments it has collected and the charges you have configured, such as city tax or extra-guest fees.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. Revoke the app from the same Beds24 apps page at any time and the sync stops immediately. Nothing already written to your Beds24 bookings is removed.
