Sergej Sitki
Sergej Sitki is the founder of ReceptionGO. Nine years ago he and his wife opened a family property in Slovenia that today has three apartments, six rooms with a shared kitchen and a small hostel — around 40 guests at a time.
Over those years he switched channel managers five times, tried several guest registration systems and did guest reporting, tourist tax and invoicing by hand. No single tool covered all of it, so he started designing his own. The story is in Nine years to freedom.
