Smart lock door codes, fully automatic
ReceptionGO creates a unique PIN for every booking, valid only from check-in to checkout, and gives it to the guest the moment they finish self check-in. When they leave, the code stops working on its own.

Why hosts use it
No keys to hand over. No codes to change by hand.
Codes are created, delivered and removed without you — whether you run one apartment or a building with a main entrance and dozens of rooms.
- A unique code per booking — never shared between guests
- Valid only for the stay, deleted automatically after checkout
- Shown only after the guest has checked in and paid
- Main entrance and room door on one code
- See who opened which door, and when
- An alert if a lock or gateway goes offline
How it works
From booking to checkout without a single key
Connect your locks
Link your TTLock account and match each lock to its room. Other lock brands are connected on request. It takes a few minutes.
A booking comes in
ReceptionGO creates a PIN for the guest’s dates on every lock they need — their room and the main entrance.
The guest checks in
The code appears on the check-in page, and the AI assistant can send it in the chat — but only once registration is complete.
Checkout
The code expires at checkout and is removed from the lock. The next guest gets a new one.
And there is more
No smart lock? No problem
Use a static door code or a code-operated key box. Guests still get it only after check-in.
Group bookings
A party with several rooms gets one code that opens the main door and each of their rooms.
Opening history
Every door opening is logged with the booking — handy when a guest says they never got in.
Offline alerts
If a gateway loses its connection, you get an email or WhatsApp alert before it can spoil an arrival.
Frequently asked questions
Which smart locks are supported?
TTLock and the many lock brands built on it, and other electronic locks on request. Without a smart lock you can use a static code or a key box.
When does the guest get the code?
After self check-in is complete — documents scanned and any balance paid. Until then the code stays hidden.
What if the booking dates change?
The code follows the booking: new dates mean a new validity window, and a cancellation deletes the code.
Do I need extra hardware?
To create codes remotely, TTLock locks need a Wi-Fi gateway. Everything else runs in the cloud.
