Which countries do you support?
30+ countries, including Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Czechia. If yours is not listed, ask us — we add new authorities regularly.
Is online registration allowed?
The law requires you to collect the guests’ data and report it; online check-in with a document scan collects exactly what the authority asks for. Where a country has extra rules, ReceptionGO follows them.
What if a booking changes or is cancelled?
The report is corrected or cancelled automatically, in the way the authority requires.
Where is guest data stored?
On servers in the EU. It is used only for check-in and reporting, and deleted after the retention period the law sets.
